Meet the 2011-12 CLIA Project Managers

Alison Donohue is project manager in NY.  Ali has been with CLIA from its beginning in 2008, working with Chris Lowney, TJC board member, and David McCallum, SJ to design the program and recruit the first classes.  Ali has a B.A. and masters degrees in both English and Theology from Fordham and is currently completing her M. Day of Ignatian Prayer in Spanish

32 members of Hispanic parishes of the Diocese of Rochester attended a Day of Ignatian Prayer in Spanish, organized by The Jesuit Collaborative and the Sisters of Mercy of Rochester. The retreat took place at Mercy Prayer Center in Rochester and it was lead by Mr. Carlos Aedo, Associate Director for Latino Spiritual Outreach of The Jesuit Collaborative. Continue Reading »

CLIA Begins A New Year

The Contemplative Leaders In Action (CLIA) program has begun its fourth year of operation with multiple cohorts up and running in New York, Boston, Washington, D.C., Philadelphia, and a new cohort being formed in Syracuse, NY.   New York, Philadelphia and Boston now have graduated cohorts and have alumni of the program.  The Jesuit Collaborative also has given its endorsement to CLIA chapters being coordinated by Seattle University and Charis Ministries in Chicago.
